AGUNG SEDAYU GROUP SHARES JOY WITH ORPHANED CHILDREN
The spirit of sharing during the holy month of Ramadan was embraced by Agung Sedayu Group through a series of iftar gatherings and charitable initiatives for orphaned children involving employees and surrounding communities.
One of the highlights was the employee iftar event titled “Blessed Ramadan: Strengthening Synergy, Cultivating Empathy”, held on 6 March 2026 at ASGO Ballroom. The event featured a Ramadan sermon by Harri Firmansyah and was attended by hundreds of employees along with children from Panti Asuhan Adinda. The gathering served as a meaningful moment to strengthen togetherness while fostering empathy during the holy month.
Estate Management Director of Agung Sedayu Group, Dr. Ir. H. Restu Mahesa, M.M, conveyed, “We would like to express our gratitude to Allah SWT for granting us health and the opportunity to gather and strengthen our bonds during Ramadan 1447 H. In commemorating this blessed month, Agung Sedayu Group together with CSR PIK2 is organizing iftar gatherings and providing donations for orphaned children as a reflection of togetherness and to bring blessings to Agung Sedayu Group.”
A series of Ramadan activities were also held across various business units. These included an iftar event with 50 orphaned children from the Kapuk area organized by Estate Management PIK on 10 March 2026 at the Annex Building – Marketing Gallery PIK. Another gathering on 5 March 2026 at Kota Belanda PIK2, attended by 150 employees and 50 orphaned children. Meanwhile, Tokyo Riverside Apartment also held a communal iftar event with 35 children from Yayasan Mizan Amanah.
Additionally, Sunset Pier organized “Iftar: A Sunset Fest – Charity of Orphans” on 12 March 2026, bringing together children from Yayasan Yatim Kosambi. On the same day, East Coast PIK2 hosted an event titled “A Spread of Blessings” attended by 50 children from Yayasan Al-Hadist.
Through these initiatives, Agung Sedayu Group hopes that Ramadan will serve as a meaningful moment to strengthen togetherness, empathy, and the spirit of sharing with others.
