THE 2ND INTERNATIONAL SUMMER CLASS AT SHARIA TOWER: COLLABORATION, INSPIRATION, AND GLOBAL NETWORKING
An enthusiastic atmosphere surrounded the Sharia Tower PIK2 on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, during the 2nd International Summer Class organized by the Faculty of Economics and Business, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The event brought together 75 participants from 11 universities in Indonesia and international students from Afghanistan, Thailand, Gambia, Cambodia, and Philippines.
The Executive Chair, Murdiyah Hayati, S.Kom., MM, said that this event served as a space for cross-cultural learning and strengthening global networks. “We are here to learn about success stories, and how to become an entrepreneur from start to finish,” she said.
Meanwhile, Harianto Solichin, Commissioner of PT Fin Centerindo Satu, emphasized the importance of direct experience in the industry. “Let's make this event a valuable learning opportunity to absorb new knowledge and provide positive inspiration for all of us,” he said.
The event included sessions on sharing entrepreneurial experiences, business innovation materials based on customer needs, and Focus Group Discussions to formulate collaborative project ideas.
One participant, Aidah Sandy Aulia from UIN Malang, shared her positive impressions. “The event was engaging, the content was substantial and immediately applicable. The urban planning of PIK2 is also excellent and makes one want to return,” she said.
The event concluded with a Gala Dinner and a city tour to the Aloha White Sand Beach, fostering cross-national and cultural camaraderie.
Through this activity, the Sharia Tower PIK2 once again demonstrated its role as a center for knowledge development, international networking, and a progressive and globally competitive sharia economic ecosystem.
