Thursday, October 16, 2025, Golden Tulip Essential Hotel PIK2, presented by Artotel Group in collaboration with Agung Sedayu Group, officially opened. This 3-star hotel, featuring 254 rooms, is located within the Tokyo Riverside Apartment complex on floors 30 to 39 of the Ishikawa Tower. It offers 71 Studio-type rooms and 175 Two-Bedroom-type rooms. 
The opening ceremony, attended by the directors of Artotel Group and Amantara Group, was a lively event. It included a ribbon-cutting ceremony, a hotel tour, and a lunch gathering.
